Tip-offs As A Way In China's Discipline Inspection Sysem

Since convening the 18th National Congress of CPC in 2012,our Party and government have been firmly fighting against corruption,with an iron hand and zero tolerance,by intensifying national supervision system so as to put the power into institutional cage.At the 19th National Congress in 2017,the Party assured further efforts to strive for a decisive victory in anti-corruption,building a clean and upright climate which is expected by our people.As is known to all,power leads to corruption without supervision.To find and solve the problem of corruption,discipline inspection and supervision agencies regard whistle-blowing as the first procedure,a key guard and sometimes a starting point for the work of anti-corruption.The increasingly in-depth struggle against corruption helps the Agencies gain more credibility and reports from our people.As new challenges come together with chances,a study on this subject seems to be necessary,especially in the context of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline.My paper,based on the deepening reform of discipline inspection and supervision system in the new era,mainly study on Tip-offs of C City.It will analyze situations related to tip-offs of discipline inspection and supervision by historical,comparison and case analysis.In this paper,firstly,a comprehensive study will be made on the conceptual feature,institutional development and current conditions,and also on the operating mechanism and survey of discipline inspection and supervision after the 18th National Congress of C city.Thern,questions about tip-offs,such as its continuously increasing amount,invalid function,disparities between the actuality and demand,will be posed;Furthermore,lack of comprehensive management consciousness,imperfect design of tip-offs system and insufficient external environment for tip-offs 1 be pointed out to be roots of problems mentioned above.In the end,the paper will put forward corresponding solutions,aiming,on one hand,at upgrading high-quality development of tip-offs of discipline inspection and supervision,on the other hand,at offering a reference for further progress of anti-corruption system.
