Research On The Service Mode Of Elderly Home Care In Urban Community

Elderly home care is the mainstream of our current pension model.It satisfies the home of the elderly to the nearest,convenient and integrated pension service needs.It absorbs the advantages of other old-age model and remedies the lack of other pension model.It loved by the elderly,which is in line with China's national conditions of a pension path.This paper studies the elderly home care services in urban community.Firstly,sorting out the domestic and foreign elderly home care services in community relevant research trends.Secondly,the author chooses the elderly home care services in community of Z institution in Xiamen as the research case.Through the investigation and analysis,it finds problems and dilemmas faced by the elderly home care services in community of Z institution in Xiamen.Finally,the author combined with the domestic developed cities'elderly home care services in community practice of the main experience,puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the elderly home care services in community in our country from three aspects:the government management,the community construction and the market development.
