Xinzhou Institutional Aged Care Service Research

Endowment is a major event that affects the national economy and the people's livelihood.Especially in the context of increasing aging,with the development of the economy and society,more and more elderly and elderly families are pursuing higher quality and personalized aged care services,and the demand for old-age care presents multiple levels.It is difficult for a single family or government to meet the needs of the elderly for the elderly,and it is necessary to develop an aged care service as a supplement to form a wide-ranging and high-quality old-age service system.Xinzhou City is already an aging area.Due to the low level of economic development,the development of the old-age service market is insufficient,and it is difficult to meet the needs of the multi-level elderly.The government encourages the development of old-age service institutions and forms endowment services with local characteristics.At the same time,it also actively guides social forces to participate in the construction of institutional old-age services,and continuously improves the level of institutional pension services in Xinzhou.Therefore,it is particularly important to fully open the pension service market and give the aged care service a fair and just development environment.This paper uses literature research method,statistical analysis method,interview method,combined with the aging population of Xinzhou City and the demand for elderly care services in Xinzhou City.Through the field investigation of Xinzhou City's old-age care institutions,the paper analyzes the development of current pension service institutions in Xinzhou City.The status quo and existing problems have been analyzed in depth.By analyzing the cases of the aged care services of the three institutions in Xinzhou City and the relevant experience of the old-age care services of domestic and foreign institutions,the paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for the development of the old-age services of the local institutions with the local characteristics,including the accurate positioning of the functions of the aged care providers.Improve the capital security policy,strengthen the construction of the talent team,support the development of public welfare undertakings,and improve the capacity of old-age services.To achieve diversified and multi-level old-age care services,we must not only adhere to the government's leadership,but also exert the power of social groups,and we must fully liberalize the old-age service market and achieve better and faster development of the aged care service industry.
