| Due to the acceleration of urbanization in our country,great changes have taken place in the way of living in the urban society.With the disintegration of the unit system and the street residence system in the past,the community has gradually become the main place for the residents to live.Therefore,community collaborative governance has become a key issue to be paid attention to.In this paper,the author mainly aimed at community coordination governance in Nanchang Y community to carry out investigation and research.The Y community members of Nanchang City were investigated by means of questionnaire,informal interview,observation and so on.Organize and analyze the interview records and survey results to understand the attitude and ideas of Y community members to community collaborative governance,and analyze their difficulties in collaborative governance and the reasons for their difficulties.It is found that the problem of community collaborative governance results from the imbalance of the discourse power of community governance,which affects the community membersundefined awareness and ability of collaborative governance,alienates the relationship between community members,and then greatly reduces the efficiency of community governance.Based on the investigation and analysis,the author chooses the combination method of group social work and community social work to help the Y community members to participate in the community collaborative governance better.Therefore,the author has planned a series of group and community activities in order to improve their community collaborative governance ability,and also to enhance their own community governance voice,and give some suggestions on better development of community coordination governance.It is expected that all community members can actively adapt to the model of community collaborative governance and contribute to the development of community homes in the form of mutual assistance and interaction. |
