Research On Social Workers' Participation In Community Governance From The Perspective Of Cooperative Governance

Community is the cell of society.To promote the innovation of social governance,the focus and difficulty lies in the community.In recent ten years,China's urban community governance has made a series of achievements and accumulated rich community governance experience.However,under the background of the rapid development of market economy and the continuous expansion of urban scale,the rapid development of community,the different residential nature,population and composition lead to the emergence of different community types.The traditional urban community management mode can no longer meet the needs of urban community governance.In the past,the single center of community governance has gradually changed to multi center.The main body of community governance is not only the state and government departments,but also the participation of enterprises,other social organizations and citizens.The mode of multi subject participation and cooperative governance is collaborative governance.Social work is an important part of social coordination and social participation,It plays an important role in the process of community governance.However,the participation of social workers is faced with many problems,such as role orientation,role play,etc.Foshan Nanhai Guicheng Street is one of the fast developing cities in the Pearl River Delta.In the process of rapid urbanization,a number of community residential buildings have sprung up,accompanied by a large number of new public problems,such as walking dogs at will,throwing objects in the air,stopping and putting them in disorder.Due to the absence of community management and the low level of residents' autonomous participation,these problems gradually become the persistent diseases in community governance.This paper takes the Y community of Guicheng Street as the starting point of practice,takes the status quo and difficulties of community governance as the starting point,uses the working methods of social work,the method of case study,and the actual governance work of Y community.Through the analysis of the current situation and existing deficiencies of urban communitygovernance from the perspective of collaborative governance,this paper discusses social workers,community residents' committees,residents' self-governing organizations,social workers,community residents' self-governing organizations,community residents' self-government organizations,and so on How to cooperate and participate in urban community governance,the relationship between social workers and the main bodies in public affairs,the role orientation of various parties,how to mobilize the participation of social workers,the role orientation,function and effect of social workers in urban community governance are discussed.It is proposed to play the role of multiple subjects,enhance community participation and cultivate community social capital To explore the research of social work participation in community governance from five aspects: innovating governance model,making residents become the leading role in governance.
