A Study On Social Inclusion Of Internal Migration In Hebei Province And Its Influencing Factors

With the gradual progress of urbanization in Hebei province,the scale of internal migrants has played a role in promoting the rapid development of urbanization,and the smooth integration of migrants into the destination has become the key to stable and high-quality urbanization.The degree of Social Inclusion of the internal migrants in the destination was an important issue of concern for all regions.Hence,to strengthen the research on the Social Inclusion of the Internal Migration and its influencing factors was not only a hot topic related to regional social development,but also a key research topic concerned by the government and the academic community.This study taking how to promote the Social Inclusion of Internal Migration as the research topic,explored the Social Inclusion degree of Internal Migration in Hebei province,the difference of Social Inclusion degree of Internal Migration between different cities,and the influencing factors that played an important role in the Social Inclusion of Internal Migration.And how to promote the urbanization of "People" from the perspective of Social Inclusion was the main question to be answered in this paper.Through the study of a large number of references,and on the basis of many scholars’ research,firstly,this study analyzed the composition of the internal migrants,and its difference;secondly,using the dynamic monitoring data of the internal migrants in Hebei province in 2017 and the principal component analysis method,the degree of Social Inclusion of the Internal Migration was analyzed from the perspective of the overall situation and different groups;thirdly,the spatial distribution characteristics of Social Inclusion degree in various cities of Hebei province were analyzed,and Pearson correlation analysis method and multi-level model were used to analyze the influencing factors of Social Inclusion of Internal Migration.Meanwhile,based on the economic and social development of Hebei province,and according to the degree of Social Inclusion of the Internal Migration,spatial distribution characteristics and its influencing factors,this study put forward suggestions and countermeasures to guide the reasonable spatial distribution of the Internal Migration in Hebeiprovince and to promote the urbanization process.The main conclusions of this study were as follows:1)The degree of Social Inclusion of the Internal Migration in Hebei province was generally at alow level.The degree of Social Inclusion at all levels decreases successively from the level of economic integration,identity recognition,institutional integration,t spatial integration and the behavioral adaptation.2)The internal migrants,who are eligible for non-agricultural hukou,unmarried,highlyeducated and aged between 21 and 30,have a higher degree of Social Inclusion.3)There was significant difference in the degree of Social Inclusion in various cities;and itperformed better at the level of economic integration;and the spatial distribution of Social Inclusion was not balanced,constituting three "South-North" distribution belts.The degree of Social Inclusion in Hebei province was reduced in the order of Tangshan city,Qinhuangdao city,Baoding city,Shijiazhuang city,Langfang city,Xingtai city,Cangzhou city,Handan city,Hengshui city,Zhangjiakou city and Chengde city.4)The factors of destination had the greatest influence on the Social Inclusion of InternalMigration,and the effects of flow conditions,human capital and individual characteristics are reduced in order.The innovation of this paper mainly focuses on two aspects.One is to explore the degree of Social Inclusion from the perspective of geographical space.The second is to explore the influencing factors from multiple perspectives,including putting the factors of the destination into the index system of the influencing factors,and analyzing the factors that are more effective in promoting the Social Inclusion of the floating population according to the differences between the cities and the regions.
