Employment Analysis Of Disabled People In Jilin Province

China is the country with the largest number of disabled people in the world.Employment for disabled persons is of great significance for the disabled,the realization of the employment for disabled persons,means that the realization of its value for the disabled and the improvement of living conditions,but also can satisfy the disabled groups of "equality,participation,sharing" the pursuit of social life,are more happiness,get feeling for people with disabilities,to better integrate into society.In this paper,the employment of disabled persons in Jilin province was studied by using the dynamic updated information data of basic service status and demand information data of disabled persons in Jilin province in 2018.The employment of the disabled in Jilin province has the following characteristics: first,the difficulty of employment of the disabled is positively correlated with the age,and the working population of the disabled of the working age has great unemployment pressure;Secondly,the employment rate of the disabled with physical disability and hearing disability is relatively high.Thirdly,the education level of the disabled in Jilin province is generally higher than the national average,but the employment rate is not ideal except for the disabled with a college degree or above.At the same time,compared with the male disabled,the female disabled in Jilin province have a lower average education,which has a greater impact on the employment.The employment of the disabled is obviously influenced by their physical condition,psychological condition and educational level.Economic restructuring also has a certain impact on the employment of the disabled.The traditional employment of the disabled in the centralized,proportional,flexible and individual employment are in a certain degree of bottleneck period.Laws and regulations to be improved,resulting in the lack of enthusiasm of some enterprises to absorb employment of the disabled;The vocational training system for the disabled which lags behind the economic development affects the success of the employment of the disabled.Combined with the experience and lessons of the employment of the disabled in other areas,the Suggestions of this paper are put forward based on the analysis.Second,we should improve the training mechanism for disabled people in Jilin province,vigorously develop Internet employment on the premise of ensuring centralized employment and proportional employment,and encourage qualified disabled people to start their own businesses.Third,we will improve relevant laws and regulations,promote the construction of employment information projects for the disabled,and improve the job market environment for the disabled.
