Since the outbreak of the Syrian civil war in 2011,the Syrian refugee issue has frequently appeared in people's eyes.According to the United Nations office for the coordination of humanitarian affairs,as the Syrian crisis enters its seventh year in 2018,about 13.1 million people in Syria are in need of humanitarian assistance. The massive outflow of Syrian refugees not only has a serious impact on their own countries, but also has a severe impact on their surrounding areas and even the whole Europe.European countries have been overwhelmed by the continuous influx of refugees.Although a small number of refugees have now returned to their areas of origin, the overall conditions for the safe, dignified and sustainable return of refugees have yet to be achieved in many parts of Syria.Throughout the current research, many scholars have conducted a shallow and deep study on the Syrian war, revealing the situation behind many wars, and providing us with a good reference for understanding the plight of Syrian refugees. However,in the field of refugee relief by the international community,in view of Syria's unique geographical location and resources as well as the intervention of Russia, the United States and other major powers, the Syrian refugee crisis has not yet shown a good solution and breakthrough progress, and still needs to be further deepened. This article from economic, political, military and domestic factors and international factors comprehensively analysis the reasons from Syrian refugees and the status quo, according to find out the cause of the Syrian people by analyzing the plight of the main and the most key factors, finally find out the countermeasures of these problems and solutions.By analyzing the causes of Syrian refugees,we will be able to influence the origin of the Syrian refugee problem by the order of the main to the suborder.First and foremost, the most important and most crucial factor is the game between foreign forces intervening in the Syrian civil war under the banner of humanitarianism. The reason why countries participate in the Syrian civil war is mainly because of their own economic interests, but the result of the joining of big powers Stretching the front of the civil war and increasing the destructiveness of the war.Second, domestic unrest is the second most important factor.Because of the years of war,the survival conditions in Syria have been lost.At the same time, the economic recession, political turmoil, religious disputes and historical accumulation of contradictions are the causes of the outflow of Syrian population. In the long run,the local people have escaped the burden of war and fled their homes. The third factor is the lack of time and limited ability to help refugees.A large number of refugees fleeing from their homes, their rush to the surrounding countries for help, but European countries for many scruples and rescue mechanism is imperfect and so on all sorts of factors make refugees cannot properly disposed of,at the same time, the number of refugees is increasing day by day,the emergence of a large number of refugees is beyond the scope of the European countries can afford.Based on the above key factors, the refugee problem cannot be completely dependent on the remedies of other countries, and it must be fundamentally blocked.Because of the lack of clear definition of human rights protection and humanitarian interventions,it is easy for large countries to interfere in the internal affairs of a country under the banner of humanitarian intervention. Therefore,it is necessary to make a clear distinction between the two.In addition, the stability and harmony of the international community requires the joint efforts of all countries and the United Nations to raise the awareness of the international rule of law in each country.Since the current system of international law has not yet been fully established,it is necessary to pay attention to the status and role of international soft law;the United Nations must also assume its own responsibilities and obligations to be fulfilled.Thereby preventing the recurrence of such problems.
