Research On The Characteristics Of Resident Relationship Network Based On Community Identity Goal

Community is the basic unit of society.In various types of urban communities,people of different backgrounds and cultures gather together,which makes the internal differentiation of contemporary communities more and more high,and residents have strong different cognition of community identity.The level of community identity is one of the standards to measure the maturity of the community,and also reflects the root of community governance problems.The level of community identity is one of the elements to judge the cohesion of a community.Therefore,it is crucial to understand the network characteristics of residents' daily life in the community.By analyzing the characteristics of residents' relationship network,this paper analyzes the problems and causes behind the appearances,so as to explore how to promote the benign development of residents' relationship network under the goal of community identity.This is not only conducive to the harmony of the residents' relationship network,but also promotes the building process of the star-rated community in TangShan city.The network characteristics of the residents in the community directly reflect the status of the community residents in the community life but also imply the progress of the formation of the sense of ownership of the residents and the degree of identification of the residents to the community.Therefore,on the basis of combing relevant literature and research results,this paper compiled the network characteristics of residents' relationship,community identity indicator system and relevant interview outline.Through preliminary investigation and multiple revisions,a questionnaire with satisfactory reliability and validity was finally formed,and a sampling survey was conducted on the status quo of residents' relationship network and community identity level in different types of residential communities in TangShan city,and reasonable and effective data were collected.Using SPSS22.0 data statistical analysis software to descriptive analysis found that the present community residents general relationship network is loose,and residents of high homogeneity,small scale of its network,network weak overall strength,strong network location marginalized,residents in material and spiritual sense of low status,and on the characteristics of three community network respectively.Through correlation analysis and regression analysis,it is concluded that there is a significant positive correlation betweenresidents' relationship network and community identity level,and it is confirmed that residents' relationship network is one of the conditions supporting community identity.Through comparative study,it is found that the identification level of different types of communities is generally low.After the earthquake,the community identification level of the old community gets the highest score,while the relationship maintenance and community identification of the residents of the new high-closed commercial housing community gets the lowest score.On the basis of characteristic analysis,this paper combined the interview results to analyze the causes of the current network problems of community relations,including the insufficient participation of residents caused by different knowledge and practice and limited channels.Stunted community organization caused by government intervention,system,talent and fund shortage;The turn of the relationship between property and residents and the lack of interest and cultural consciousness result in the absence of the concept of residents community.According to the analysis of causes,countermeasures are proposed from the three aspects of government,community and residents,including improving government governance functions,innovating residents' participation channels,and improving residents' participation consciousness,etc.,in order to improve the relationship between residents and their interactive subjects,enhance residents' recognition of the community,and improve community cohesion.
