Cadre assessment is an important basis for selecting and appointing cadres,and is also a necessary means for supervising and Supervising Cadres.The nineteenth report of the Communist Party of China put forward the idea of "perfecting the cadre appraisal mechanism and supporting and encouraging those cadres who dare to undertake,do things steadily and do not seek selfish interests" that is to grasp the key of cadre appraisal and build a scientific performance appraisal and evaluation system for Party and government leading bodies and leading cadres,so as to improve the Party's ruling ability.It is of great significance to take the initiative to adapt,grasp and lead the new normal development of the economy.Leading cadres of the Party and government in town streets are a basic group in the system of leading cadres in our country,and they are also responsible for the implementation of the principles and policies of the Party and the state.The quality and ability of the leading cadres of the Party and government in town and street have a great influence on the smooth development of local work and the realization of the overall planning,thus deciding the development level of the place to a certain extent.Firstly,this paper reviews and combs the current assessment status,performance appraisal theory,government efficiency theory and 360-degree performance appraisal theory of leading cadres in Town Street,including the characteristics of government departments in Town Street,the current situation and problems of the assessment of leading cadres in A city,the definition of 360-degree performance appraisal concept;The research status of 360-degree performance appraisal at home and abroad,and the theoretical basis of 360-degree performance appraisal,etc.Then combined with the current situation of the evaluation of Party and government leading cadres in Town Street A,the obstacles and Breakthrough Strategies of 360-degree evaluation of Party and government leading cadres in Town Street are analyzed,and the effective ways of rational application of 360-degree performance evaluation of Party and government leading cadres in Town Street are summarized.
