Research On The Innovation Of Management Service Of Floating Population In Suizhou City

The development of economy drives the rural surplus labor force to transfer to cities and towns gradually,which is bound to cause a large number of floating population migration.In the process of population flow,the matching management service of floating population becomes the focus of attention.How to provide services for the floating population,solve the problems of the floating population,and innovate the floating population service system become the focus of this paper.In order to further understand the problems existing in the floating population,this paper draws for local case studies,a collection of 1984-2018,draws and analysis data of the floating population,through the data analysis,found that draws the floating population are the following features:the sex ratio of the floating population balance,on the north of the main outflow,widely to county-level cities of hubei province as the main flow into the points,the floating population on along with the flow,migrant workers as the main reason of business.Then the plight of the floating population service in suizhou city is analyzed.On the one hand,the floating population faces poor natural environment,such as poor living environment and poor accommodation conditions.On the other hand,the floating population is faced with a poor social environment,such as difficult to protect legitimate rights and interests,difficult to appeal for basic interests,uneven distribution of basic public services,lack of sense of identity and belonging to the city,and so on.In order to further analyze the reasons,this paper adopts case analysis method and interview method to understand the problems and reasons of floating population management service through in-depth interview.Floating population management system and mechanism to be improved;Floating population management has low social participation;Floating population management has low social participation;Floating population management policies and regulations to be further improved;Basic security needs to be further strengthened,and management services for the floating population of ethnic minorities are weak.Finally,this paper puts forward the service innovation measures for the floating population:to realize people-oriented and change the management concept;We will improve the management and service system for the floating population.Establish permanent leading institutions to avoid multiple branches of government and establish and improve the floating population information system;Improve the community floating population service platform construction;To introduce and cultivate autonomous organizations of the floating population;Strengthening laws,regulations and systems of the floating population;We will appropriately increase investment,strengthen the security system,crack down on crimes and treat them differently.
