Research For Social Organization Serving The Recurrent Population

After the Open-door policy,because of industrialization andurbanization more and more peopletravels moves from rural area to urban area,whichformulate a group called recurrent population.How they live and develop becomes amain issue in demography,especially in Sichuan province as it has the second largestpopulation group in china.Even though recurrent population plays an important rolein urban area,due to different kinds of limitations,it also faces many problems;livingissue,employment issue,social security issue and education issue for instance.Socialorganizations which concern these issues were set up.However,how theseorganizations work and how they can work efficiently become anther problem tosolve.This thesis is divided into7chapters in order to give a brief description of howsocial organization serve recurrent population and deals the problems which conductsby this group.In chapter1,it provides background information and explains severaldefinitions related to the subject,Chapter2provides the theoretic support of thethesis.chapter3,4,5,6is the main chapter of this thesis which put theories in practiceto discus the subject.In chapter3,it describes the advantage of socialorganizations;meanwhile it proposes the difficulties and the problems that the socialorganizations are facing.Chapter4introduces the situation of recurrent population inJinjiang district as well as the situation that how the recurrent population acceptsservices that provide by social organizations. The demand of recurrentpopulation(marital demand and spiritual demand) is discussed in chapter5.Suggestions and advices to social organization are made in chapter6. In lastchapter,it makes a conclusion that the development of social organization should onthe demand of recurrent population.The writer picks Jinjiang district as study subject is because jinjiang district isCBD of Chengdu. With the economic and industrial development,as well as thestructural diversity of recurrent population make jinjiang district as a classic studysample.
