The Causes And Prospects About Cyber Geopolitics In Northeast Asia

Since entering the new century,science and technology have changed with each passing day,showing an unprecedented development trend.With the progress of science and technology and the development of Internet of things,the network has been integrated into all aspects of human life.Cyberspace,as the fifth dimension space,has become a new battlefield after ocean,land,sky and outer space.Compared with other physical spaces,cyberspace is more virtual and compatible.As one of the most complicated areas of international relations in the world,the conflicts and cooperation in any field in Northeast Asia have a far-fetched influence,so is the governance of cyberspace.In Northeast Asia,as its relative strength declines,the United States begins to re-implement its "contraction strategy",requiring other countries to assume more international responsibility.With the continuous deepening of the integration of cyberspace and other space,the traditional security and non-traditional security alternate,the traditional geopolitical theory has been inherited and innovative new situation,derived "who can lead to the right to control the network," Who can dominate the world ",the goal of network security has also been upgraded from network counter-terrorism to network security in many fields,and the game between the big powers in Northeast Asia in cyberspace has already begun." As a country in Northeast Asia,how to set up a correct view of role and play a role in its own orientation in the cyberspace of Northeast Asia has become an important part of carrying out major country diplomacy with characteristics and giving full play to the constructive influence on international affairs.This paper introduces the concept of network geopolitics,and puts forward that the core issue of network geopolitics is "network power theory",which mainly focuses on how the international actors turn network resources into real power,and the composition of actors is diversified.The asymmetric change of actor sun defined ability and the virtual change of geographical conditions are different from the new features of traditional geopolitics.By analyzing the background,present situation and cause of formation of Northeast Asia network geopolitics,this paper illustrates the influence of traditional geopolitical factors,big country game,lack of trustmechanism and other factors on the formation of Northeast Asia network geopolitics.Network geopolitics,as a new achievement of the development of traditional geopolitics,how to break through the predicament of reality is one of the focuses of this paper.Therefore,from the perspective of big-country game,guided by global governance and with regional security as carrier,this paper makes a feasibility analysis on the development trend of Northeast Asian network geopolitics,and reveals that Northeast network geopolitics will tend to become obvious in the future.Internet governance will tend to institutionalize,network security will tend to complicate the conclusion.
