The traditional way of providing for the elderly in our country is family pension.However,due to the rapid increase in the number of elderly people in China in recent years,the demand for old-age care has increased too fast,and the traditional way of family pension has been difficult to adapt to the needs of social development.At the same time,the number of existing old-age care institutions in China is small,and the quality of services is poor,and it is no longer able to perform its due function.How to increase the supply of aged care services has become a focus of the whole society.At the same time,in recent years,the Chinese government is undergoing reforms and is transforming into a service-oriented government.During this period,the government's purchase of aged care services has become very common,and governments at all levels are constantly purchasing old-age services.In this context,how to evaluate the government's purchase of aged care services is particularly important.This paper constructs the performance evaluation model of government purchasing pension service by using expert interview method,sorts out the development status and practice exploration of the government's performance evaluation of pension service evaluation,and analyzes the performance evaluation of Guangzhou government's purchase of aged care service,and sorts out Guangzhou.The city government's successful experience and problems in purchasing endowment service performance evaluation.The study found that the Guangzhou Municipal Government still has the problem of unscientific management of funds,insufficient human resources,and inadequate government propaganda.Therefore,it is recommended to improve the policy system,determine the scientific and effective performance evaluation;adhere to performance guidance,achieve scientific management of project funds;improve the training system,increase investment in human resources;strengthen policy publicity and increase the awareness rate of the people.
