Research On The Construction Of Intelligent Community Service System

Under the new round of scientific and technological revolution,industrial transformation promotion and co-construction and co-governance of social structure,intelligent communities will become an important mode to innovate community governance,improve community services,and meet people's demands for a better life.The intelligent community service system is an important part of intelligent community governance,which is directly related to the development of people's sense of gain,happiness and security.At present,the construction of the intelligent community service system is still at the initial stage of development,and there are many problems.It becomes an important problem that needs to be explored to improve the service system construction of the intelligent community,innovate the community governance mode,improve the level of intelligent community governance,promote the development of intelligent cities and build a joint governance and the establishment of a shared social governance pattern.Combined with theoretical research and case analysis,this paper selects S community,the first district and county intelligent community in a new district in N city,J province,as an example to conduct field research and interview.It analyzes the current status and problems of the smart community service system,and combines the development experience of intelligent communities at home and abroad to propose suggestions and countermeasures.This paper is divided into six chapters in structure.Chapter 1 is the introduction.Chapter 2 is a related theoretical overview of intelligent community and community service.Chapter 3 is the investigation and analysis of the construction status of S intelligent community service system.Chapter 4 provides experience and reference for the domestic and foreign construction of intelligent community service system.Chapter 6 is theconclusion and prospect.Through field observation and interviews,this paper have found that S Intelligent Community has initially established a intelligent community service system of “one card,one garage,two platforms and six systems”,but the following problems still exist: Intelligent community service system lacks construction and evaluation standards.The framework of the intelligent community service system is thin,with a point replacing surface.The grasp of the demands of community residents is not high,the operation effect of service system is not significant.The intelligence level is not high,the update is lagging,etc.The reasons for the problem are mainly because of the insufficient government understanding,relatively conservative thinking,limitation of economic and technological development level,insufficient support for funds,technology and talent support.This paper draws on the development experience of intelligent communities at home and abroad and proposes the following three suggestions and countermeasures: The government should change its functions and guide the co-construction.The society should take the initiative to participate and cultivate professional talents.We should improve community autonomy and build an all-round team.
