According to the nineteen major reports of the Party,the overall rule of law is the essential requirement and important guarantee of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Under the new historical orientation,the transformation of the "legal education" to the "rule of law education" is an important embodiment of the country's deepening of the rule of law.As an important part of the ideological and political education,the rule of law education is carried out only in the period of the student period.In order to cultivate the thought of the rule of law from an early age,the young people can become the talented people of the society better.Although countries strengthen the public education resources to rural tilt,rural middle school teaching facilities and faculty are different degrees of improvement,but the rural middle school students in living environment,learning conditions,personality psychological characteristics compared with urban middle school students,is still relatively backward.In terms of high school education under the rule of law,urban middle school students in the school,family and social education have certain basic qualities of the rule of law,under the influence of the rural middle school students are faced with the rule of law society education atmosphere of poor,poor school education effectiveness under the rule of law,lack of family education,such as a series of problems,if allow this kind of situation,will seriously affect the healthy growth of the rural middle school students' personal and smooth implementation of the national law construction.In this paper,guided by the marxist scientific methodology,choice YongNian district rural middle school students in handan,hebei province as research object,adhere to the principle of combining theory with practice,adopts questionnaire survey,focus interview,case analysis and other methods,from the society,education department,school,family and students themselves five aspects to analyze the current problems existing in the rural middle school students in handan the rule of law education and reasons,and puts forward several feasible countermeasures to strengthen rural middle school students' education of law,namely on the basis of perfecting the rural society of the rule of law education environment,strengthen the rural education sector support surveillance,changing the concept of rural middle school leadership education,improving teachers' education methods under the rule of law,change their traditional ideas,stimulate students learning motivation of rule of law,and finally to build schools,families,and society produced the rule of law education pattern of cooperation,in order to the current rural middle school students' rule of law theory and practice of education play a role in promoting.
