Before the widespread of the Internet,the public welfare in our country has been in the dilemma of less attention,low transparency and weak timeliness.But with the development of mobile network and integrated circuit technique,the mobile communication industry is stepping into the era of mobile information,which brings wide development space for the mobile terminal as well as fresh and transparent blood to the public service mode.The report on Tencent's 10 th Anniversary of Public Welfare shows that the proportion of donations from mobile terminals has increased from nearly 80% in 2014 to more than 98% in2016.Public welfare services are combined with mobile terminals.On the one hand,they provide an information platform for public welfare organizations to integrate resources.On the other hand,they innovate the public welfare service model,lower the threshold for public welfare participation,and shorten the distance between each individual and the public welfare.Thanks to the development of mobile terminals,the number of mobile applications(hereinafter referred to as Apps)in the mobile phone market has experienced an explosive growth.However,among the numerous mobile phone APP markets,there are only a handful of Apps with the nature of public service,and even fewer Apps with the nature of pure public welfare.Public welfare service attached to Apps platform definitely have their value and significance,and have huge development space.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to explore and research such kind of products.This paper is based on the research of public service strategy of mobile terminal APP.Firstly,through market research to collect public service cases,and according to the degree of Internet involvement,the form of the main body,the mode of public service summarized and combed cases.Then,cross-comparison is carried out from the five dimensions,which including participation threshold,participation path,participation mode,participation initiative and interaction form to analyze different types of public service.Namely "mechanism driven behavior public welfare","page interactive-oriented platform public welfare","project participation-oriented volunteer public welfare".Secondly,according to the results of user interviews and the characteristics of product mechanism,the motivations and concerns that affect user participation are extracted from the representative cases of three types of public service models(Ant Forest,Tencent Public Welfare,Love Save Pneumoconiosis).Summarized the service contacts in each stage,turning it into 17 service elements that affect users' participation in public welfare.Through a questionnaire was conducted to test the satisfaction of the 17 service design elements.Finally,in order to improve the citizen's public welfare consciousness,enhance the participants' experience of public welfare,and keep the participants' continuous participation,the design strategy ofpublic service based on the layer of Visual sense,Content expression,Interactive experience and Communication feedback.
