Investigation And Research On The Supply Of Community Retirement Service In Shigu District Of Hengyang City

With the advent of China's aging era,family pensions and institutional pensions have been unable to adapt to China's pension needs,and the emergence of community home care is a perfect combination of the advantages of family and institutional pensions,and is more suitable for the current trend of China's aging.The community home care service mainly uses the community as a platform to integrate various service resources in the community to provide services such as food feeding,cleaning and cleaning,personal hygiene and medical care for the elderly.This thesis mainly studies the current situation of community home care service in Shigu District,Hengyang City.Through the issuance of questionnaires,in-depth community research,interviews with community and government staff,and collecting first-hand materials for analysis and research.The research on the supply of community home care services in Shigu District of Hengyang City is mainly divided into five parts.The first part introduces the background and significance of the research,literature review at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,and key difficulties through literature analysis.The second part is to explain the theoretical basis of community home care.The third part analyzes the current situation of community home care service in Shigu District of Hengyang City through questionnaires,individual interviews and field trips.The fourth part finds from the collected data that the supply of residential home care services in Shigu District is imperfect in infrastructure,insufficient investment in construction funds,low professional level of service personnel,fewer service projects,andserious shortage of community “medical integration”.The problem is due to the late development of community pension services,single source of funds,fewer professional service personnel,insufficient public awareness,and lack of support for “medical integration”.The fifth part proposes countermeasures in a targeted manner.It is necessary to improve the service system,increase capital investment,establish a talent team,expand service projects,and improve the medical support system.Through this research,it will help promote the healthy development of community home care services in Shigu District,Hengyang City.At the same time,it has certain practical significance to improve the quality of life of the elderly and build a more scientific,reasonable and effective community home care model.
