Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Government In The Development Of Information Economy In Longwan District

Faced with the trend of world's information economy development,Longwan District conforms to the trend of the times and actively implements the "No.1 Project" of information economy,making information economy an accelerator to promote the quality,efficiency and power changes of economic development.Longwan District successively declared the success of Zhejiang Information Economy Development Demonstration Zone and Zhejiang Software and Information Services Industry Venture Base,which created a good platform environment for the development of information economy in the whole region.At the same time,the Longwan District Committee and the District Government have made great progress in the information economy,improved the information infrastructure,developed the information economy industry and deepened the integration of the information economy through the construction of service-oriented government,the building of characteristic information economy clusters,the building of scientific and technological innovation platforms,and increased policy support.However,compared with developed regions at home and abroad,there are still many gaps,such as insufficient overall development of the government,imperfect information industry chain,insufficient industrial funds,weak talent support,lack of development partners and other issues.How to better and faster promote the development of regional information economy needs further planning by Longwan District Government.This paper takes the information economy of Longwan District as the research object.First,it introduces the research background and significance.Then,on the basis of studying the relevant theories such as market failure,government intervention mode,new public management,growth pole and so on,it focuses on the analysis and research of the current situation of the development of information economy in Longwan District,the concrete measures of the government and the main problems existing in the government's promotion of the development of information economy.On the basis of comparing the experiences of the governments of the United States,Japan,Shanghai and Shenzhen in the development of information economy,combining with the reality of Longwan District,using the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis and comprehensive analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the current Longwan District Government to further develop the information economy,so as to promote the development of other types of economy for the local governments of Longwan District.Providing ideas and practical guidance is also of great significance to accelerate the economic and social transformation and upgrading of Longwan District.
