Research On The Role Of Grass-roots Government In The Development Of Village Collective Economy In Qingshuihe County

Developing and strengthening the village level collective economy and improving the living standards of farmers are important measures to consolidate the party’s ruling foundation in rural China.For a long time,the development of rural economy has always been an eternal topic that has been emphasized and deployed in 17^th,18^th,and 19^thCPC National Congress.In2022,the No.1 central document affirmed the important position of rural collective economy in rural economy.In recent years,Qingshuihe County has adhered to the development and expansion of the village collective economy as a powerful starting point to solve the problem of having money to do things at the village level,strengthen the foundation,enhance the service function,improve the cohesion,combat effectiveness and creativity of grass-roots party organizations.It is also an important measure to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and the foundation for Rural Revitalization and development.Based on the actual situation of Qingshuihe County,this paper focuses on the problems faced by the grassroots government in the development of the village collective economy,studies the problems existing in the behavior of the grassroots government in the development and expansion of the village collective economy,makes an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems,and draws on the experience of typical areas.Countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening the guiding development,perfecting the policy support system,highlighting the guidance of Party construction and the construction of cadre team,and strengthening the supervision and management system are put forward,which provide certain theoretical reference for the village collective economic development of Qingshuihe County and the scientific decision-making of relevant departments.At the end of the paper,the results of this research are summarized,hoping to continue the research and try to find more development strategies,in order to optimize the village collective economic development,to promote the rural revitalization.
