Government Microblogging Reliability Evaluation And Public Opinion Crisis Response Situation Decision

As a new form of public service and social management provided by government departments,government microblog has played a important role in guiding public opinion under social emergencies and large-scale public events.In the past,a great deal of research work on monitoring the effect of publie opinion guidance focused on the theoretical aspect,staying at the qualitative stage,lacking accurate scientific and quantitative analysis methods,and lacking a perfect evaluation model of public opinion response situation of government microblog,and neglecting the fact that the features of government microblog also have influence on the development of public opinion.When making decisions,we need to take the credibility of government microblog into account.Based on the evaluation index system of microblog users' influence in the past,this paper constructs an improved credibility index system of government microblog,and adds the research of secondary influence.Combining analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method,the reliability calculation of government microblog accounts is realized,and the evaluation model is tested by BP neural network.According to the consistency conclusion of output data and expected data,the reliability detection of government microblog reliability calculation is completed.The test results prove the technicality of the evaluation index system and the rationality of the evaluation method.According to the calculation results,this paper puts forward practical and effective suggestions for the operators of government microblog to enhance the credibility of their microblog.On the basis of the previous work,by designing the structure of decision-making layer and process,fuzzy input and decision-making rules,the establishment of the situation monitoring model of public opinion response to government micro-blog is completed.The evaluation results obtained by the reliability index system and calculation method will be used as input of the fuzzy control algorithm together with the attribute values of public support,public consensus and public mood-sensitivity.Through the fuzzy decision-making method,the situation of public opinion crisis response of government microblogging can be obtained.The method also improves the long-term mechanism of public opinion warning and control,and it completes the evaluation of the ability of government microblog to deal with public opinion and the effectiveness of the methods it used.Based on the evaluation results,government microblog operators can adjust the method of public opinion response,achieve effective control and guidance of network public opinion and forming a closed?loop process optimization.
