Research On Business Quality Management Of F Law Firm

As a market intermediary organization,only when law firms provide high quality legal services to the parties,can the legitimate rights and interests of the parties be effectively and fully realized,can the customer satisfaction and loyalty be improved,can the market competitiveness of law firms be further enhanced,while avoiding the risk of practice of law firms,and have a long-term,healthy development.In this paper,the theory of Project Quality management is introduced into the legal service industry by means of literature investigation,field research and case study,which provides a theoretical basis for the study of business quality management in F law firm.By analyzing the corporate governance structure,organization and business scope of F law firm,this paper finds out the problems existing in the business quality management of F law firm,and analyzes the reasons for the problems of business quality management in F law firm.Due to that the final written results presented by the law firm to the customer is easier to get the intuitive judgment of the customer,the previous research on the business quality management focused more on the writing of business results,while ignoring the process management of legal Service quality.However,if the process management of legal service quality is weakened,the quality management of the results of legal service business cannot be guaranteed at all.Taking the corporate M & A legal due diligence(DD)as an example,based on the project quality management Customer Orientation Process(COP),Support Process(SP)and Management Process(MP),this paper designs the business quality management scheme of F law firm from three levels,they are quality procedure management,process management and results management.On the basis of legal due diligence business Operation procedure,the business quality management procedure,process management norms and results management standards are optimized.At the same time,in order to ensure the effective and smooth implementation of the above business quality management scheme,this paper puts forward corresponding implementation strategy and safeguard measures.This paper hopes to establish the business quality management procedure,process manageme nt specification and results management standard of F law firm in order to improve the level a nd efficiency of business quality management in F law firm through the search of business qu ality problems,the analysis of the reasons and the design of the business quality management scheme of F law firm.On the basis of F Lawyer's business quality management research,this paper further studies the customer management,knowledge asset management,post managem ent and salary performance management of law firm,and gradually establishes the Legal Serv ice quality management system of F law firm.
