Research On Emergency Management Of Hospital Emergency Under The Perspective Of PDCA

The hospital is not only a vulnerable disaster-bearing body,but also the most indispensable infrastructure.In recent years,many public emergencies such as natural disasters,terrorist activities,and social mass incidents have occurred frequently.Improving emergency response capabilities Building a sound emergency response system has become the primary task in responding to emergencies.In 2006 and 2007,the state formulated corresponding laws and regulations,and provided legal protection for the handling of emergencies from the national level,thus playing a huge role in the improvement of the emergency management system,and for emergency management of hospital emergencies.Research is still scarce.Taking the Dong Yang People's Hospital as an example,this paper analyzes the emergency management of the hospital by means of PDCA cycle theory and other management methods.First of all,from the four components of Plan-execution(Do)-Check-Action in the PDCA cycle theory,the problems of the emergency management work of the hospital are analyzed.In the process of proposing the problem,in order to ensure that the problems raised are in line with the actual situation of the hospital,field research,on-site interviews,etc.,combined with previous experience of the hospital's response to emergencies,research and analysis may present problems.s reason.At the same time,from the perspective of PDCA theory,we draw on the experience of hospital emergency management at home and abroad,and propose the improvement of emergency management of Dongyang People's Hospital from the perspectives of Plan-execution(Do)-Check-Action(Action)in PDCA cycle theory.Work measures.In accordance with the ideas of asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems,this paper proposes and strengthens emergency management measures such as strengthening vulnerability analysis,improving emergency monitoring and early warning mechanism,improving emergency drill plan system,improving emergency management assessment and supervision mechanism,and strengthening publicity and education.Thereby improving the emergency management capabilityof Dong Yang City People's Hospital.This research is an attempt to improve emergency response capability.It provides reference and reference means for medical institutions to improve their ability to respond to emergencies,improve the division of labor for emergency response work,and innovate the content and ideas of emergency management.It is hoped that through the research of this topic,it will provide effective guidance for relevant managers.
