Building community service system for the aged is an important measure to cope with the aging population in China.China has entered an aging society for two decades.With the rapid development of urbanization and a large number of population migration,the elderly are separated from the middle-aged and young people in their families,and the phenomenon of empty-nest elderly is increasingly serious.The traditional family structure has been broken,and a large number of new core-oriented families adapt to the needs of urbanization,but the family care function has been greatly weakened.With the deepening of aging,a large number of incapacitated,semi-incapacitated and elderly people bring great pressure to the pension service system in modern cities.It has become an important goal of the pension service system to provide the elderly with adequate pension service supply and diversified services for the elderly with different needs.Aged care services,as a kind of social public service,has the characteristics of large scale,large investment in the early stage and high cost.Therefore,it is necessary for multiple subjects to jointly undertake the supply of Aged care services,so as to avoid the drawbacks caused by a single party in the supply.Social organizations as one of the important tool of social governance in our country at present stage.In the process of participation in community endowment service system construction,social organization can play its characteristics of low cost and high flexibility,through the support of government or the endowment service social resources effectively,and then through the different types of agreement with the government,which provide a variety of models ofAged care services,a variety of community endowment service for the old.The participation of social organizations in community Aged care service is essentially the cooperation between the government and social organizations.Social organizations make suggestions and provide services on the basis of this platform.Through complementary cooperation,the government has achieved effective governance of the society,improved the quality of community services for the elderly,and social organizations have gained sufficient space for development,further improving the level of public interests.However,there are many problems in the process of social organizations participating in community Aged care services.The government's trust determines the scale of social organizations to obtain policy and financial support,which often becomes one of the obstacles for social organizations in the supply of Aged care services.However,in the early stage when social organizations enter the community Aged care service system,their Aged care service supply capacity and content categories are inadequate,so it is difficult to obtain the recognition of the government and society,and the service standardization and long-term effectiveness need to be improved.
