A Study On The Path Of NGOs Participating In Public Crisis Management

Globalization is constantly changing the pace of the world,it can be said that for the world's countries,it is a pull,the world's countries like conjoined babies,has become an inseparable whole.In recent years,with the rapid development of economy,public crisis has been a common problem threatening our country and the world.Since the "wenchuan earthquake",yunnan,gansu and sichuan have also experienced different kinds of natural disasters in the whole country,which have had different negative impacts on China's society,politics,economy and other aspects.The Chinese government is paying more and more attention to crisis management.Due to the sudden crisis events and high frequency,nearly 10 years of China's government has been constantly seeking change,NGOs have arisen in nearly a decade of reason,and gradually in various domestic public crisis management,and international public crisis management plays an own uniqueness,as well as in the field of social affairs also play an irreplaceable role.With the change of government concept,the change and improvement of citizens' public welfare consciousness,as well as the improvement of citizens' quality,have provided more and more favorable conditions for the development of non-governmental organizations in the past decade.The most important manifestation is the improvement of civic participation.The significant increase of citizens' willingness to participate in public affairs provides opportunities for the development and expansion of non-governmental organizations.And with the continuous development and expansion ofngos,the participation of ngos is also needed in various fields.After the "wenchuan earthquake" in 2008,the performance of non-governmental organizations has been recognized by all sectors of society to some extent due to their uniqueness in crisis management.Although ngos made remarkable achievements in this decade,they also showed their own shortcomings in crisis management.Therefore,based on the current our country public crisis management and NGO's development present situation analysis,is committed to the sustainable development of nongovernmental organizations and its role in normal play,implement the national policy of sustainable development,promote the sustainable development of non-governmental organizations in public crisis management,is today's challenges,and opportunities.To analyse the problems existing in the participation of non-governmental organizations in public crisis management,as well as the causes of the problems,and through research and analysis of non-governmental organizations in other countries,Based on the experiences of non-governmental organizations in public crisis management in other countries,this paper puts forward the path analysis of the participation of non-governmental organizations in public crisis management in China.Give full play to the advantages of NGOs and contribute to the management of public crisis and the solution of social problems.
