Study On The Early Warning Of Urban Public Transportation Emergency In Xi'an

With the continuous progress of reform and opening up,China has made a series of remarkable achievements in the construction of urbanization,and Xi'an's urban construction and planning are also remarkable.In recent years,the social economy of Xi'an has made great progress.Whether it is supporting facilities or public transport,they are becoming more and more perfect and mature,providing many conveniences for people's work and life.As an important part of the urban operation system,the normal operation of public transport in Xi'an will have a profound impact on the operation of various functions of the city,and will also have a more significant impact on Xi'an and its neighboring cities.If the incidence of urban public transport emergencies continues to increase,it will inevitably lead to social disorder,and is not conducive to ensuring the safety of people's lives and property,and even will have a certain restrictive effect on the economic development of Xi'an.Therefore,the Xi'an government needs to pay attention to and strengthen the emergency management of public transport emergencies,and actively change the concept of functions with the pace of development of the times.In order to enhance the safety and stability of urban public transport,Xi'an has formulated a scientific and reasonable management plan and issued corresponding policies.However,after a comprehensive and in-depth study of the plan and policy,it is found that there are problems of emphasizing post-processing and neglecting pre-prevention,which often lead to unnecessary losses.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the early warning of public transport emergencies in Xi'an.Constructing a rigorous and perfect early warning mechanism system fully demonstrates the function of early warning,which is conducive to knowing the effects of preventing public transport emergencies,thus safeguarding the safety of citizens and social property.After emergencies occur,scientific and reasonable measures should be taken quickly to avoid further deterioration of the situation and minimize all kinds of adverse effects and losses.Under the guidance of relevant theories such as public management,this paper will focus on Xi'an according to personal work practice.Through literature review and case analysis,this paper comprehensively and thoroughly discusses the early warning problems of public transport emergencies in Xi'an,and deeply analyses the main problems existing in the early warning of public transport emergencies in Xi'an,respectively,from the early warning technology early warning organization.In order to achieve effective prevention and control of urban public transport emergencies,improve urban early warning ability,effectively guarantee road traffic safety on the basis of strengthening pre-event,in-event and post-event management and control,and create a good environment for promoting local economic development and maintaining social stability and harmony.
