Research On Rural Grass-Roots Party Organization Function Transformation And The All-Development Of Suburban Village

Rural grass-roots Party organizations is the core leading the rural construction.The transformation of rural grass-roots Party organizations is crucial to promoting the construction of democracy and pushing the all-development of rural regions.With the deepening of reform and Urbanization,rural regions face some growing problems such as unbalanced population structure,unsatisfied political demands and environmental pollution.This article is based on Taiping village of Shanghai.Compared with traditional villages,suburban villages are more close to cities,and more effected by urbanization.Through promoting villagers' Self-governance,reform of property right and promoting social governance,the rural grass-roots Party organizations of Taiping village solves the problems caused by the huge number of migrant workers.The transformation of Taiping village's rural grass-roots Party organizations is focusing on democratic construction,transform from administrative organization to service Party organization.The disadvantages of developing pattern can't be eliminating only by function transformation.So the last part of this article compare the difference of different developing patterns.It seems that the Wuzhen's developing pattern guide the development direction of suburban village in the future.And this article also gives some suggestions such as promoting industrial upgrading,promoting cultural identity and the construction of talent team,to push the transformation of rural grass-roots Party organizations and all-development of rural regions.
