Research On The Dilemma Of Informal Economic Governance In Pingchang Xincheng,zhenjiang New District

With the acceleration of the urbanization process of Zhenjiang New District,and starting the supporting project of the “Thousands Hectares of Good Farmland Construction Project” in 2009—Pingchang Xincheng,a large-scale demolition peasant centralized resettlement area,with the local demolition of landless farmers in Zhenjiang New District entering the building life one after another,a large number of informal economic sectors are gradually appearing inside and around the community.When the informal economy and the resettled landless peasants,migrants and migrants meet,the governance of the informal economy is made.Faced with more new problems,there is a governance dilemma.Therefore,this paper chooses the peculiar economic governance dilemma of Pingchang Xincheng in Zhenjiang New District as the research object,which has certain typical and practical significance.In view of the predicament of the informal economy in Pingchang Xincheng,Zhenjiang New District,this paper analyzes the existing literature research at home and abroad,and then proposes relevant research paths.On this basis,firstly,the Pingchang New Town of Zhenjiang New District The status quo of the informal economy was discussed,and then through interviews with government management personnel,township staff,community workers,property units and social management units,as well as through local informal Economic operators issue questionnaires and other forms of investigation to fully understand the current situation of informal economy governance in Pingchang Xincheng,Zhenjiang New District,and analyze the existing governance dilemmas,drawing on Shanghai,Guangzhou,Wuhan,Shenzhen,and the Netherlands.Based on the advanced experience of informal economy governance in Germany,the United Kingdom,and South Korea,the author proposes innovative countermeasures and paths for informal economy governance in the informal economy of Pingchang Xincheng in Zhenjiang New District from three aspects: system,model and strategy.
