Study On The Illegal Construction Governance Of Pingshan Borough In Huidong County

Illegal construction is a common problem in urban construction and management.Illegal construction encroaches on public resources,disturbs market order,hinders public safety,harms fairness and justice,and seriously restricts urban economic and social development.It is particularly urgent and necessary to study urban illegal construction management.In this paper,on the basis of the theory of urban governance,combined with Pingshan Borough in Huidong County illegal construction,analyzing the concrete situation of Pingshan Borough illegal construction by analyzing and summarizing the characteristics,types,causes,and the limitations of current work,analyzes the cause of the failures to prohibit illegal construction at present,including illegal construction system of governance mechanism is not perfect,social organizations and the public participation is not high,and so on,finally to Pingshan Borough in Huidong County of illegal construction management countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.From a macro point of view,this paper proposes to issue a clear concept,clear procedure,effective means and strong operability of law control from the perspective of strengthening research and improving construction legislation,and establish a set of severe punishment system to ensure the bottom line of law enforcement;In terms of improving the ways of multiple subjects' participation in governance,it is necessary to broaden the channels of multiple subjects' participation in governance,expand the public's right to know the progress of the government's governance of illegal construction,and absorb non-governmental organizations to participate in the governance of illegal construction.This paper also from the micro perspective,put forward to strengthen the construction of their own illegal construction management team,in order to improve the level of law enforcement personnel law enforcement;Strengthen publicity and education to raise the legal awareness of the masses;In order to achieve advance prevention,real-time dynamic supervision,unified coordination of illegal construction purposes.
