The Research On Standardization Construction Of Community Home Care Service

Because of the reality of China's aging population,the needs of elderly care gradually show the characteristics of diversification.The community home care service as a new choice for elderly care has fairness and welfare.The National Two Sessions in 2019 pointed out that we should vigorously develop community pension service industry.The standardized management is the key to the development of the current community home care service industry.There are many benefits to studying the standardization of community home care services.Such as getting more scientific way of community home care services development,enriching the content of standardized management and promoting industry norms.With the introduction of "Changsha City Community Home Care Service Standards",Changsha city community home care service has a standard to follow.Based on this,the paper investigates the implementation of the standardization of community home care services in Changsha City.Firstly,the standard system of community home care services is summarized as service infrastructure construction standard,service content provision standard,service personnel and management standards.Secondly,analyze the data and find out the problems in the standardization construction of community home care services through interviews.The problems such as the standardization policy not implemented,the service facilities are lagging,and lack of professional service staff.Finally,through theresults of the study,put forward effective policy recommendations: through perfecting the top design to strengthen the standardized system of community home endowment service guarantee,by strengthening the human resources team construction to improve the professionalism of community home endowment service standardization,through community home endowment service standardization project promotion to improve the whole society awareness of standardization,through the establishment of evaluation system and rating work to strengthen the supervision mechanism of community home care service standardization.
