For many years,the family planning policy lags behind the continuous development and changes of the society.The aging of the population continues to intensify,and the problem of old-age care has become increasingly severe.Traditional family pensions and institutional pensions do not fully meet the elderly's pension needs.The community home-based pension service is a The new type of old-age care has gradually begun to develop,and has become the main development direction of future retirement services.Lianyungang City,in light of the actual conditions of urban development and old-age care services for elderly people,has continued to carry out community-based home-based care services and has achieved certain results,but there are also some problems.In this paper,through consulting materials and field visits,we understand the current situation of the development of community-based home care services in Lianyungang City,and summarize the current problems,including the unbalanced development of community home-based care centers,the low participation of the elderly community,and low consumer willingness,as well as funding Tensions and other issues,with the aid of theoretical knowledge,and drawing on the mature practice of domestic and foreign community homestay pensions,proposed countermeasures and suggestions to improve and improve the elderly in Lianyungang City,including the strengthening of community-based home-based pension policy and the comprehensive and rational planning of community home-based endowment construction;Encourage and guide social organizations to participate in urban community home-based pension services;strengthen the building of a talent team to ensure the supply of human resources for services;improve the standard of service standards;strengthen the training of service personnel skills;and accelerate the informationization of community home-based care for the elderly.
