The Study On Civil Servants Image Modeling In The Minority Areas

As a direct exerciser of public power and defenders and achiever of the publicinterest, civil servants are on behalf of the people’s fundamental interests. At present，the Chinese domestic change focuses attention on the common people，the Chinesegovernment image receives the universal attention of the various countries. At thisparticular period of transition，ability to shape the good image of government civilservants image related to the ability to set a good external image. There are moreproblems on the shape of the public image of civil servants in minority areas that stillrelatively backward. Thereby increasing the public image of the civil servants in theethnic minority areas has played a key role to enhancing the overall image of thegovernment. Minority areas, as elsewhere, although the pace of reform graduallyaccelerated and economic strength year by year in that, it is more vulnerable toinfluence from the external environment and impact of some ideas because of thewhole that is still relatively backward. A direct result of it is the view of the world andthe life of the civil servants in the ethnic minority areas prone to waver, and the morelikely to breed corruption, so in these areas, It will seriously affect the party’s imagein the eyes of the masses. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practicalsignificance in the study that shaping the good image of government civil servants.This paper first clarifies the basic theory of the image shape of the civil serviceservants. Then it sums up the initial results of the civil service in public servantsImage in China’s minority areas. On the basis of it, points out the problems, andfurther taps the underlying causes of problems. Then it contacts the relevant case ofthe ethnic minority areas to analyze and study. Finally, according to experience offoreign and other civil servants in public servants image, it combines with the actualsituation of China’s ethnic minority areas and proposes countermeasures in imageshape of the civil servant in the minority areas. By analyzing the cause of the problemthat exist in public servants image building in ethnic minority areas and takingappropriate countermeasures and recommendations, civil servants can take correctviews at the importance of shaping of good public servant image, improve their ownadministrative ethics, and foster a good image of the public servants so that do notlive up to the expectations of the masses.
