| Civil servants are the subjects who exercise public power and provide public goods and services,and bear the important responsibility of governing the country.With the continuous development of the economy and society,the administrative reform is gradually deepening,the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,and the diversified needs of the people have increased the demands on civil servants,and civil servants are facing increasing work pressure.Increasing work pressure not only affects the physical and mental health,the working efficiency of civil servants,but also affects the good image of government departments.Due to the particular characteristics of the work environment and the nature of work,civil servants in ethnic areas have their own unique pressure responses and sources of pressure.Therefore,finding the characteristics of civil servants’ work pressure in ethnic areas and formulating targeted debugging strategies to debug work pressures,further attracting talents,motivating talents,retaining talents,and developing together with ethnic areas are important issues for us.This article takes Nyingchi City as an example,and adopts literature analysis,interview research,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis,qualitative research and other methods to study the stress response and stressors of civil servants in ethnic areas.At the same time,this article analyzes the causes of the special pressure of civil servants in ethnic areas,and put forward targeted debugging suggestions from the three levels of individuals,organizations,and society.The aim is to promote the improvement of civil servants ’ability and organizational management system in the ethnic areas,and accumulate data for work stress studies.Through the analysis of the research data,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The working pressure of civil servants in Nyingchi city is at a moderately low level,and sleep problems and anxiety are the most important stress response manifestations.Stress in career prospects and physical and family stress are the most important stressors.(2)There are significant differences in stress response in terms of gender,nationality,and organizational level.Specifically,the pressure response of male civil servants is significantly higher than that of females.The pressure response is significantly greater than people whoes hometown is in the province.The pressure response of civil servants who work in township is significantly higher than the civil servants who work in counties and cities.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between the stress response and the stressor factor.Among the stress factors,post pressure has the most significant effect on the stress response.In order to further debug work pressure,civil servants in ethnic areas need to continuously improve their psychological capital in terms of correct cognition,scientific management of time,strengthening mental health training,and mastering effective mitigation methods.Organizations need to create a people-oriented working environment,improve pay and benefits,establish an effective training exchange platform,set up a fair and reasonable performance evaluation,and build a evaluation promotion mechanism.Society needs to promote cultural integration and exchanges between different groups,and establish and improve the mechanism of psychological care for civil servants in ethnic regions. |
