Analysis Of The Effect Of Herdsman That Settled In Zhaosu County

The settlement of herdsmen is a kind of policy to protect grassland-ecological environment,increasing economical income in our pastoral areas,which maintains harmony and stability in frontier areas,to promote rapid economical and social developments.and to promote economic development as well as national unity in our minority areas.Social stability plays an extremely important role.The large-scale implementation of settlement with herdsmen in Kalasu Township,Zhaosu County began in the late 1980 s.Since 2010,the settlement of herdsmen in Kalasu Township has entered a standardized stage of construction.In 2008,the number of registered unsettled herdsmen in Kalasu Township was 573 families including 2127 people.From 2009-2017,the total investment of Kalasu Township in Zhaosu County was 49 million yuan and the total number of settled herdsmen was 354,1372,which benefit to 755 persons.The construction of housing contains 26472.89 square meters,enclosure 35366.78 square meters,in the herdsmen settlements built 2 clinics,5 kindergardenss,3 cultural activities.Crucially,the significance of thesis research paper has been based on the empirical study of Kalasu Township in Zhaosu County for a period from primary-level original work.By means of questionnaires,household visits and key interviews,this paper investigates and studies the settlement of herdsmen in Kalasu Township,Zhaosu County.By combining quantitative analysis,the economic and social situations of Kalasu Township in Zhaosu County is studied.Ecological effects were analyzed.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation of settlement has an effect on the herdsmen in Kalasu Township of Zhaosu.The county policy has been carried out by using the Analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The comprehensive evaluation score is 81.52,showing a excellent state;the economic benefit score is 84.89,showing a excellent state;the social benefit score is 81.762.What is more,the ecological benefit score is 77.89,which is in good condition.Through the implementation of herdsmenundefineds settlement,not only the problems of schooling,employment as well as medical treatment for herdsmenundefineds children are solved,but also the production and life styles of the masses in pastoral areas have been changed in the past,the comprehensive quality of herdsmen has been improved extremely fast,and the pace of green and sustainable development has been quickened so far.To promote the development of industrialization and promote the traditional animal husbandry,modern animal husbandry has promoted the civilization of pastoral areas to a new level.Finally,it is hoped that this paper can provide some reference besides fundamental materials for promoting herdsmen undefineds settlement,who work harmoniously in a down-to-earth manner,which is in tune with the nature peacefully.The most significant effectiveness and consequence are that we put the spirits of national conferences into practice,which plays an essential and precious role in our daily jobs.
