The joint construction of a social governance system of co-governance and sharing is an important guarantee for promoting the modernization of social governance, and is of great significance to maintaining national security, social stability and people’s tranquility. The key to adhering to and improving the social governance system of co-construction,co-governance and sharing lies in the democratic consultation and co-governance of all governance subjects.Specific to the governance of the community field, residents are undoubtedly indispensable governance subjects, and community co-governance cannot be achieved without the participation of residents. However,in reality, residents’ awareness of autonomy has not been significantly improved. If the development of urban communities only relies on external promotion,it is like "scratching the itch of the boot",and it cannot form a long-term mechanism of community autonomy. On the one hand, whether residents participate in governance is not the result of a single influencing factor, but is jointly determined by multiple influencing factors; On the other hand, the participatory behavior process of residents will present a different state.Given the unique advantages of QCA(Qualitative Comparative Analysis Method)in exploring the effects of different combinations of conditions and exploring the sufficient necessary conditions that constitute behavior patterns.Based on the research paradigm of QCA method, this study selects the conditional variables of residents’ participation in community governance from the theoretical perspectives of comprehensive planning behavior, social capital and demand level, and conducts qualitative research on the cases of residents participating in community governance in H area of T City.fs QCA(Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis Method)was used to analyze the configuration of conditional variables on the multi-case qualitative data obtained by the survey, and the three types of participation mode paths and core influencing factors of residents in community governance were summarized from the four conditional configurations of empirical results. Finally, the rationality of the three types of model paths is explained and discussed from the theoretical and practical levels, and countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the initiative and effectiveness of residents’ participation in urban community governance are proposed accordingly. |
