Study On The Role Conflict And Countermeasure Research Of Neighborhood Committees In Public Service Marketization

The marketization of public services is the only way for the development of modern society.As one of the main bodies of community public services,the neighborhood committee not only needs to share the government administrative work,but also provides residents with convenient services for the people and helps the residents solve various life problems.In the newly built community,social organizations such as property and business committees are generally established to jointly maintain the community environment and manage various affairs of the community.Under the background of the diversification of social governance subjects,the sense of existence of the neighborhood committee is gradually weakened,the organizational function is weakened,and it is difficult for residents to have a strong sense of belonging to the community,thus having a negative impact on the transformation of the neighborhood committee in the marketization of public services.By exploring the performance of community neighborhood committees in the role of public service marketization,analyzing the underlying causes,proposing solutions,contributing to the benign interaction between community governance subjects,giving full play to the governance functions and service values of neighborhood committees,and improving the quality of life of residents Contribute.This paper adopts the literature method and the questionnaire method,and takes the Zexu community Neighborhood Committee of Dongguan as the research object,and explores its actual situation and role in the process of public service marketization.The research shows that the Zexu community neighborhood committee has an autonomous role in the work.The problems of loss,lack of service role,strong management role and strong mobilization role reflect the deviation of the residential committee's due role in social governance from the actual situation.Based on the actual situation of the neighborhood committee and the related theories of urban community governance,this paper analyzes the deep reasons of the deviation of the role of the neighborhood committee,including: the unclear positioning of the government makes the autonomous role of the neighborhood committee weak,and the habitual management style of the urban community makes the neighborhood committee strong and the staff service awareness is not strong.The poor service of the neighborhood committee and the lack of participation of the community residents make the mobilization role of the neighborhood committee weak.According to the cause of the problem,it proposes feasible countermeasures to reshape and adjust the role of the neighborhood committee,including restoring the autonomous role of the neighborhood committee,government intervention in the management and service role of the neighborhood committee,and enhancing residents' participation.Consciousness,weakening the mobilization role of the neighborhood committee,creating favorable conditions for the social neighborhood committee to return to the role of the right.Through this research,the theoretical system of the domestic community neighborhood committee in the marketization of public services has been enriched,which has a guiding role in the community service practice of community neighborhood committees.
