Study On The Reform Of Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement In Xingtan Town Shunde District Foshan City

The comprehensive administrative law enforcement reform has been carried out in our country for many years.At the grass-roots level,how is the reform of comprehensive administrative law enforcement carried out? What has been achieved? What are the new problems? It is worth our in-depth study.This article takes the comprehensive administrative law enforcement of Xingtan town in Shunde District of Foshan as the research object.Taking the reform of the majority system in Shunde District as the background,the comprehensive administrative law enforcement reform of Xingtan Town in Shunde District of Foshan City is studied.As the grass-roots government facing the society and the masses directly,it involves many and miscellaneous management matters.Therefore,the reform of its comprehensive administrative law enforcement has important practical significance and effective role.By using the method of literature analysis and case study,this paper compares the law enforcement departments of Xingtan Town before and after the comprehensive administrative law enforcement reform,and analyzes in detail the reform measures taken,the results achieved and the new problems emerging.Based on the experience of comprehensive law enforcement reform over the years,this paper mainly refers to the measures and experiences of administrative law enforcement reform in Hong Kong and Shenzhen,and puts forward feasible suggestions on how to better promote the comprehensive law enforcement reform in Xingtan Town from the aspects of laws and regulations,decision-making,implementation and safeguards.It is hoped that the comprehensive law enforcement in Xingtan Town,Shunde District,Foshan City,as an example,can be used as a reference for other regions to promote the comprehensive law enforcement reform,so as to make the comprehensive administrative law enforcement reform more innovative,operational and sustainable.
