The Survey Of Processing Situations Of Youth Integrated Service Platform In Ganjingzi District

Under the background of the reform of the communist youth league,the integrated service platform for teenagers has become an effective way for the communist youth league to connect,unite and serve the youth.The good development of the integrated service platform for teenagers can not only effectively promote the formation and daily service of youth groups,but also provide good opportunities and carriers for teenagers to participate in social practice.Since the task of youth comprehensive service platform construction was assigned at the beginning of 2015,the number of youth comprehensive service platform construction in Ganjingzi district has been increasing year by year,showing a booming trend of development.At present,the coverage rate of the whole district has reached 100%.However,although the quantity construction has reached the standard preliminarily,the role of the comprehensive service platform for teenagers in Ganjingzi district has not been significant in the actual operation.Some contradictions and problems have become increasingly prominent,and the operation and development of the platform lacks impetus and vitality.Based on the communist youth league’s management function of the integrated service platform for teenagers,this paper conducted a targeted survey by combining questionnaire and interview with 15 integrated service platforms for teenagers and teenagers in Ganjingzi district,as well as interviews with leaders of city-level platforms,cadres of street youth league and volunteers.Through the collection,analysis and statistics of the questionnaires,it is concluded that the integrated service platform of Ganjingzi youth has problems such as weak resource allocation,low user stickiness and insufficient team construction during the operation.Through in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems,it is proposed that the platform should be promoted from the aspects of optimizing the development environment,improving the service level and tamping the team construction,so as to give full play to its essential function of serving the youth.
