Legal Regulation Of Juvenile Bullying In Campus

In recent years,the frequent occurrence of campus bullying of minors,more and more incidents into people's vision,triggered people's attention to campus bullying.Minors are the rising sun in the morning,the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation.Schools should be the shelter for minors.Nowadays,campus bullying has filled safe schools with fear,insult,beating and uneasiness.Minors are naturally frightened in such an environment,and their body and mind are affected to a certain extent.However,the current legal system of our country has many imperfections in its regulation,resulting in little effect in the process of governance.Therefore,how to regulate campus bullying and let minors grow healthily in the sunshine is very important.In this paper,the juvenile campus bullying legal regulation is discussed.Firstly,the difference between the juvenile campus bullying and campus violence and social bullying is put forward,so as to define what is campus bullying and what characteristics are in line with in order to reach the scope of legal regulation.Then it points out the types of campus bullying,analyzes the types of violations of minors' rights and interests,and what harm they have caused to minors' rights and interests.This paper focuses on the causes of campus bullying,including the lack of legal protection system,prevention mechanism,post-processing mechanism and the impact of various factors.According to the causes,we can learn from the legal regulations and specific measures of the United States,Japan,South Korea and other countries to remove the dregs and extract its essence.Finally,from three aspects of perfecting the relevant legislation of anti-campus bullying,establishing the prevention mechanism and post-processing mechanism of campus bullying,this paper puts forward some new suggestions suitable for China's national conditions.Among these measures,some innovations are proposed: amending the Law on the Protection of Minors and the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency,perfecting the legislation related to anti-campus bullying;establishing the campus police system to improve the deterrent of handling;reforming work-study schools,abolishing the adoption and upbringing,and improving the punishment system so that the bullies can get what they deserve.Disposal;Introduce the popular school social workers,use case,group and other research methods to help the bully and the victim out of the incident,improve the relief system,hoping to make up for the shortcomings in dealing with this issue in China,and promote the healthy growth of minors.
