Study On The Impact Of The Migration Of Migrants And Livelihoods On The Livelihood Strategy In Guizhou

Under the background of precision poverty alleviation,under the guidance of the documentary “Implementation Opinions on the Pilot Project on Poverty Alleviation and Relocation of the Ex-situ”,under the guidance of the State Commission for Discipline Inspection on the Implementation of the Pilot Project on Poverty Alleviation and Relocation,since 2001,Guizhou Province has started as a pilot.Exploration of ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation work.Since the implementation of the ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation strategy in Guizhou Province,there has been a problem that farmers' own livelihood cannot be sustainable.In 2019,the Provincial Committee of Guizhou Province issued the "Opinions of the Guizhou Provincial People's Government of Guizhou Province on Strengthening and Improving the Follow-up Work of the Poverty Alleviation and Relocation",and made every effort to do the "second half article" on the promotion of poverty alleviation.We will strive to fully accomplish the task of revitalizing the land in poverty,and effectively solve the problem of “how to do it after moving out” and truly achieve the goal of “moving,securing,and getting rich”.Therefore,focusing on the poor farmers who are relocating to poverty alleviation,according to the situation they are facing,the impact of their livelihood capital on livelihood strategies is of great significance for improving the livelihood of farmers,and provides a point for realizing poverty alleviation in the true sense of farmers.Scientific basis and promoting the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside are of great significance to assisting the high-quality development of urban and rural areas and regional economies.Based on the theory of sustainable development,this paper firstly reviews the research progress of sustainable development theory in related fields,defines the definition of livelihood capital and livelihood strategy in the sustainable livelihood framework of ex situ farmers,and constructs natural capital in livelihood capital.And the evaluation indicators of financial capital,human capital,social capital andphysical capital,combined with the field investigation of the three resettlement areas in Meitan County,Guizhou Province,on the basis of assessing the current situation of the livelihood capital of the relocated poverty-stricken farmers in Meitan County,using binary The Logistic regression model explores the impact of farmer households' livelihood capital on livelihood strategies and provides corresponding optimization recommendations.The study found that the livelihood capital indicators of the three households in the study area were significantly different.Farmers have rich natural capital,financial capital and physical capital,while social capital and human capital are relatively low.At present,the livelihood strategies adopted by farmers in Meitan County are three types of agricultural-type livelihood strategies,non-agricultural livelihood strategies and non-agricultural livelihood strategies.Natural capital and material capital have the most significant impact on the choice of peasant-type farmers' livelihood strategies.Natural capital and financial capital have the most significant impact on the choice of peasant-type farmers' livelihood strategies.Financial capital and human capital have the most significant impact on non-agricultural types;Social capital has no significant choice for the three types of livelihood strategies.
