As the specific implementer of the national policy and the provider of public services,the grassroots civil servants have the mission of “last mile” of the policy,and the promotion of the service-oriented government reform process,it is of vital importance for civil servants to maintain a good working condition.In this paper,the MBI-GS scale model is used to analyze the status of internal factors,organizational management mechanism,occupational characteristics and social environment of the individual,and to reflect the current situation of the occupational burnout of grassroots civil servants in Wuwei City.Based on the attribution analysis,the corresponding Mitigation measures.In terms of research methods,this paper conducted a survey of grassroots civil servants in Wuwei City through questionnaires and case interviews.The questionnaire mainly includes the following three dimensions: basic personal status,burnout scale,and influencing factors.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the questionnaire results and interview records,the factors that cause the burnout of grassroots civil servants in Wuwei City can be summarized into four aspects: individual occupational cognitive bias,weak organizational support,work characteristics,social support and social support.The degree of recognition is low.Under the evidence of data analysis and interview data,this paper analyzes the path of relieving the job burnout of grassroots civil servants in Wuwei City,from cultivating good professional psychological quality,improving the incentive mechanism for grassroots civil servants,and improving the working experience of grassroots civil servants.In the four aspects of constructing a harmonious social public opinion environment,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,which are: the rational cognition of individual expectations,the establishment of correct values;the improvement of remuneration and benefits of grassroots civil servants,the introduction of EAP mental health assistance system;and the guiding of the public to establish a reasonable society.Expectations and so on.The formation and extinction of burnout is not a one-time process,it is a slow development process.The purpose of this paper is not to completely eliminate the burnout of grassroots civil servants.It is not feasible to establish a mature and perfect rescue mechanism and system in a short period of time.The purpose of conducting research is to analyze through the in-depth analysis of its current situation and causes.At the angle and level,countermeasures are proposed to alleviate the psychological and behavioral burnout of grassroots civil servants,so that they can work more proactively and improve work efficiency.
