Community Participation Study Of Bayin Community Residents

Multi-ethnic community in city is a special type of community.The speed and quality of its construction are related to the stability and development of ethnic areas.At present,the problems existing in the multi-ethnic communities of cities,such as low enthusiasm of community residents and poor experience of interaction,directly affect the community development.Existing research shows that social capital is an effective force to promote the participation of residents in the community,and it can promote the participation of individuals and organizations.Therefore,understanding and exploring the social capital of multi-ethnic communities has important theoretical and practical significance for community construction.Based on the existing researches on residents' community participation,this paper analyzes residents' community participation in Bayin community from the perspective of social capital.The research of this paper includes four parts.The first part introduces the basic situation of Bayin community from the aspects of community location,community formation and community structure.The second part analyzes the relationship between the composition of social capital and community participation.The community trust factor in community social capital is the basis of residents' community participation.Community norms guarantee community participation;Social network of community and individual is the premise of participation;Community organizations are an important force for participation.The third part describes the present situation of the community participation of residents in Bayin community from three aspects: the main body,the form and the existing problems.Based on the occupation constitution of community residents,this paper divides the subjects into herders,public officials and individual businessmen,and analyzes the social capital status of different subjects.In the form of participation combined with specific cases to analyze the operation process of social capital in which different subjects take the initiative and organize to promote participation;Finally,it points out the problems of less participants and passive participation.Thefourth part uses the social capital theory to analyze the reasons behind the problems from the aspects of the publicity of community system norms and community relations network.Finally,the corresponding Suggestions are put forward based on the causes of the problems.In order to improve the participation of community residents,it is necessary to develop community organizations,strengthen the publicity of community system norms and expand the community interpersonal network.
