In the wave of globalization,population migration has become a routine state,and China's mobile team,known as “migrant workers”,cannot avoid the strong concerns of society because of its large scale and number of people.Nowadays,China's reform process has gone through more than 40 years,the new generation of migrant workers who have grown up with the reform and opening up have gradually provoked the burden on their shoulders and become the mainstream group of the process.Most of the new generation of migrant workers have the vision of integrating into the city and struggle to become an "urban man",but in reality,they have difficulty obtaining urban identity in a short period of time and the entrenched local nature makes it difficult for them to get rid of the rural identity,under the sense of identity,they entered a double dilemma that was difficult to integrate into the city and difficult to return to the countryside.Based on the existing research,this paper adopts participatory observation and in-depth interviews,and selects Nanjing Panda Electronics Factory as the research point,trying to understand the current work,life and mental status of the new generation of migrant workers,observe their modernity and agrestism,excavate their feelings and attitudes towards villages and cities,understand the media contact and use of the new generation of migrant workers,the dissemination and sharing of information,sort out the influence of interpersonal communication,mass communication and new media communication on the identity of the new generation of migrant workers,and try to provide a communication perspective for the new generation of migrant workers to better integrate into the city.
