Since the middle and late 1980 undefineds,our government has introduced performance management into the management assessment of civil servants.After some attempts by local governments,the performance management of civil servants in China has made a certain development.However,at present,the level of performance management of civil servants in our country is still in the initial stage,there are still some problems such as "valuing,neglecting management","emphasizing principle,ignoring method" and so on.Taking the civil servants of the peopleundefineds Procuratorate of the Y District of Jinzhong City as the research object,this paper studies the emergence and development of the balanced scorecard,the concept and the application of the balanced scorecard in the government departments of our country.Through the investigation and understanding of the current situation of the performance management of the civil servants of the peopleundefineds Procuratorate of the Y District,it is found that the Institute carried out the reform of the judicial system in 2016 and established a set of performance management systems after thereform.Compared with the traditional performance management system of government agencies,there has been a great change,but there is still a narrow understanding of performance management as performance appraisal,the actual operation exists subjectively,the performance indicators are "one size fits all" among various departments.The performance appraisal result feedback mechanism is not perfect and so on a series of questions.On this basis,starting from the consistency between the value pursuit of balanced scorecard and the goal of public servant performance management in Y district peopleundefineds procuratorate,this paper thinks that the balanced scorecard can be introduced into the performance management of public servant in Y district peopleundefineds procuratorate.Then the conversion of the four-dimensional elements of the balanced scorecard for the performance management of the civil servants in the Y district peopleundefineds procuratorate is further studied.Based on this,the paper designs the specific performance index system for the civil servants and the implementation process of the balanced scorecard for the performance management of the civil servants in the college.Finally,the paper analyzes the problems and countermeasures that should be paid attention to in the process of practical operation,further enriches and develops the theory of civil servantsundefined performance management,and has some maneuverability at the practical level.It is beneficial to strengthen the performance management of the peopleundefineds Procuratorate of Y District,and provide reference and reference for the performance management of thecivil servants in this institute.
