Government Performance assessment as a global public management research in a hotspot.The research on the performance of civil servants has become an important part of government performance evaluation. Although in recent years China’s civil service system has been great progress, but the performance appraisal of civil servants exist some difficulties. The administrative institutions of the township government the most basic level, the largest number of township government officials in the country’s civil service system. To maximize the rural civil service in the new rural construction and rural construction enthusiasm and creativity, we need to seriously improve the township government performance evaluation system.
