The Nineteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)made a major strategic plan to "promote the overall development of the Party from strict governance to depth",and also made clear requirements for "improving the supervision system of the Party and the state" and "strengthening the restriction and supervision of the operation of power".Discipline inspection and supervision,as one of the important tasks directly related to the construction of a clean and honest Party conduct and anti-corruption,has a profound impact on the long-term stability and prosperity of the country.Faced with such new tasks,we should be brave enough to take on challenges,conscientiously study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the19 th Central Discipline Commission,and strive to forge an iron army of discipline inspection and supervision with excellent political skills.The grass-roots discipline inspection and supervision cadres of state-owned enterprises are the important cornerstone of the national discipline inspection and supervision system.Only by strengthening their assessment,can the work efficiency of the discipline inspection and supervision system be improved in an all-round way,the implementation of the Party's policies and policies and the effect of anti-corruption work be strengthened,and at the same time,the economic construction and development of the country are greatly affected.Therefore,the performance management of discipline inspection and supervision work in state-owned enterprises is an important work related to nationaleconomy and people's livelihood,so it is of great significance to explore how to improve and improve the performance management system of discipline inspection and supervision cadres in state-owned enterprises.In view of the problems existing in the performance management of discipline inspection and supervision of state-owned enterprises in Shanxi Province,and taking Shantou Group as an example,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the present situation of discipline inspection and supervision of state-owned enterprises in Shanxi Province.It can be found that the focus of work of grass-roots discipline inspection and supervision departments is to adjust from grasping major cases to grasping party spirit.However,there is still great pressure on the grass-roots discipline inspection and supervision,and the work of the masses is trivial and complicated.Letters and visits also have the characteristics of traditional reporting methods,repetition,difficulty in resolution,prominent overstepping reporting and low case-closing rate.Therefore,combined with the actual work,the reasons for the problems in the performance management of discipline inspection and supervision are analyzed,and it is found that there are some problems in the performance management of discipline inspection and supervision of state-owned enterprises in Shanxi Province,such as unreasonable assessment subjects,imperfect content,imperfect system and inappropriate use of results.Based on this,some feasible improvement measures are put forward,including the establishment of diversified performance management evaluation organizations and subjects,the improvement of the content of performance evaluation of discipline inspection and supervision,and the construction of the performance management system of discipline inspection and supervision in state-owned enterprises.At the end of this paper,the strategies to further improve the performance management of discipline inspection and supervision are given to ensure the implementation and implementation of the program.Therefore,the research results of this paper,in view of the discipline inspection and supervision work of state-owned enterprises in Shanxi Province,have a certain reference value to construct the relevantmethods of performance management of discipline inspection and supervision work in accordance with the actual situation of state-owned enterprises in Shanxi Province,and also play a certain role in improving the performance evaluation effect,enhancing the ability of discipline inspection and strengthening the level of discipline supervision of state-owned enterprises.From the enterprise point of view,it promotes the overall improvement of the national governance system and the level of governance,and helps the development of the country move towards high-quality direction.
