The state-owned enterprises' party style and clean government construction and anti-corruption work are an important part of comprehensively administering the party strictly.The discipline inspection and supervision work of state-owned enterprises has a very important status and role.It is not only a guarantee for the healthy and stable development of state-owned enterprises,but also an important part of “great supervision system" of the state-owned enterprises.Since the reform and opening up,the discipline inspection and supervision work of state-owned enterprises has made considerable progress,the system and mechanism have been continuously improved,and the level of discipline has been continuously improved.However,the eighteenth anti-corruption data shows that state-owned enterprises are still areas of high incidence of corruption;the central state-owned enterprises inspection found that some enterprises there is weakening of party building,"the four ethos",selection and appointment,transfer of benefits,and many other issues,we can see the party building and discipline inspection and supervision of state-owned enterprises must be vigorously strengthened.In the new era,the discipline inspection and supervision work shoulders an important mission.How to fulfill the functions of "supervision,discipline,accountability,investigation,and disposal",do a good job in building a clean and honest government,and fight against corruption,so that the country can maintain long-term stability and discipline.A major issue facing that the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision work of state-owned enterprises faces the changes in the situation of national discipline inspection and supervision,the requirements for deepening reform of state-owned enterprises,and the problems covered are more complicated.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the systematic and overall research on the discipline inspection and supervision of state-owned enterprises.This paper focuses on strengthening the discipline inspection and supervision of state-owned enterprises under the new situation,analyzes the main duties and tasks of discipline inspection and supervision of state-owned enterprises,expounds the significance of discipline inspection and supervision of state-owned enterprises,and points out that discipline inspection and supervision is an important part of state-owned enterprises' party construction.The healthy development of state-owned enterprises has the role of restraint and supervision.On the reform and open up for 40 years,summed up the status quo of state-owned enterprise discipline supervision work,and believed that in the long-term practice,Chinese enterprises have explored a set of mechanisms and systems that are different from administration and party discipline.The state-owned enterprises have made great achievements in discipline inspection and supervision.There are obvious results,but there are also many problems.Through the analysis of the status quo and the background of the new era,we have sorted out the new situation facing the discipline inspection and supervision of state-owned enterprises.Starting from the idea of finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,we systematically carried out research on strengthening the discipline inspection and supervision of state-owned enterprises.Firstly,from the two aspects of state-owned enterprises' disciplinary inspection and supervision,and the imperfect institutional mechanism,it points out the problems existing in the discipline inspection and supervision of state-owned enterprises,and from the discipline inspection and supervision work of state-owned enterprises,management system,discipline inspection and supervision team and internal organization coordination.From the perspective,do an in-depth analysis of the existing problems.On this basis,it puts forward its own countermeasures and suggestions on the reform direction and key points of state-owned enterprises' discipline inspection and supervision work and deepening the discipline inspection and supervision work measures of state-owned enterprises.The strengths of the reform include: improving the construction of the discipline inspection and supervision team,establishing an innocent risk prevention and control system,and strengthening the construction of a clean government culture of state-owned enterprises.The research results can provide a certain reference for the discipline inspection and supervision of state-owned enterprises in the new era.
