Since the outbreak of the refugee crisis in Europe in 2015,the refugee problem has been one of the hotspot issues in the world,it has brought great impact on the politics,culture,economy and people's lives of European countries.The issue of refugees is essentially a human rights issue,solving the refugee problem and protecting human rights needs to rely on the relevant legal system.The European Union especially Germany has always been focusing on protecting human rights,and Germany has rich experience of dealing with refugee problem since World War II,so the German legal system related for refugee protection is comparatively complete.The European refugee crisis compared with the refugee problem in the past,not only the larger scale and a greater number of refugees,the background is even more complicated,and based on the relatively open refugee policy,now there has been 1200 thousand refugees arrived in Germany,so dealing with the refugee crisis is a big challenge to German.Through the analysis of the policies and measures taken to deal with the refugee crisis in Germany,analyzing whether the existing refugee legal system can run well and achieved certain results has important significance to reform and improve the refugee legal system and solve the new refugee crisis in future.Its enlightenment to our country for solving the refugee problem is not only in policy but also in legal system.
