In recent years,with the gradual institutionalization,systemization,standardization and standardization of the civil servant recruitment and recruitment system in China,it has attracted a lot of high-quality college graduates and social workers to participate in civil servant recruitment,and objectively improved.The overall level of the civil service team and the ability to work in China have an important role in further achieving the government's work to improve quality and efficiency,and to meet the needs of the masses' actual service needs.To this end,how to carry out the initial training of civil servants in a planned and efficient manner,to deeply explore and stimulate the individual development potential and growth space of new civil servants,and adapt to changes in identity roles as soon as possible has become one of the main focus of the current work of the government departments..The main purpose of the newly recruited civil servant initial training is to help them adapt to the job responsibilities as soon as possible,to familiarize with and master the government's administrative work style,organizational structure,organizational culture,etc.,and to effectively transform the role of ordinary citizens to government workers as soon as possible.In fact,the initial training of civil servants has become an important part of improving the overall quality of the civil service team in the initial stage and achieving effective control of the knowledge and professional competence of civil servants.Although the initial training of civil servants has undergone continuous improvement and development over the years,it has achieved certain practical results in the legal and regulatory system and actual management,effectively improving the government's ability to manage and respond to the overall deepening of the system reform environment.However,what needs to be correctly realized is that there is still a big practicaldifference between the specific implementation of the initial training of civil servants at this stage and the legal and government management systems,so that the initial training work failed to achieve the expected goals.This article takes the organs directly under Inner Mongolia as an example.Through the use of literature combing methods,field research and interview methods,this paper analyzes the status quo of the newly recruited civil servants in recent years,and summarizes the training content,subjects,methods and assessments.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the reasons,the author further proposes measures to improve the initial training management and operation system,management philosophy,and strengthen the coordination and integration of civil servants in the organs directly under the Ministry of Inner Mongolia,in the hope of being able to provide initial training for civil servants directly under the Ministry of Inner Mongolia.The orderly development and development of the work provides certain theoretical references and practical guidance.
