According to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China is in a critical period of "two centenary" development and a decisive victory over a well-off society in an all-round way.In order to make this big ship of China move steadily and further,and better cope with various difficulties in the process of development and various challenges at home and abroad,it is necessary to continuously strengthen the ability of the army to adapt to the development requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,that is,it is necessary to be responsible for public affairs Attention should be paid to the training of staff.The initial training of civil servants is the first training for newly recruited civil servants,and it is also one of the four major training for statutory civil servants in China.It plays an irreplaceable role in the training of post ability,the strengthening of political consciousness and the adaptation of working environment.Therefore,one of the current key tasks of the civil servant training department is how to explore and enhance the potential and development space of the newly recruited civil servants,so as to promote them to have the necessary skills and strengthen their sense of personal belief.In the face of the new situation and challenges,H city actively improves and perfects the initial training of civil servants,and has achieved certain results in improving the basic abilities of the initial civil servants,such as theoretical learning,rules and discipline,general knowledge of H city and general working procedures.However,through literature and questionnaire survey,it is found that there are still some problems,such as weak willingness to participate in training,single training method,monotonous content and poor evaluation effect There are many practical problems,such as the lack of professional training teachers and so on.The reasons for these problems are that the initial training of civil servants in H city does not implement the concept of competency training,lacks the overall design of training content,does not improve the training form based on competency,evaluation means and incentive measures do not match with the promotion of competency,and the existing training teacher resources are not enough On the basis of the theory,this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures,such as the concept of initial training adapted to the competency,the construction of the content model of initial civil servant competency training,the determination of the training form matched with the competency,the design of the evaluation means matched with the competency,the use of matching incentive measures,and the full exploitation of training teachers,so as to further promote the initial training of civil servants in H city It also provides theoretical reference and practical significance.
